Care Credit offers a revolving line of credit valid at a variety of medical clinics. We participate in their cosmetic plans which include a 12 month 0% interest term; there is no fee to the patient if the balance is paid in full during 12 month period. This company also offers 24-60 month terms, all at 13.9% interest with no additional fee to the patient. See brochure or website for details.
Chase Health Advance

Chase offers a revolving line of credit, also valid at a variety of medical clinics. We participate in their extended payment plans only. These plans include 24, 36 and 48 month terms with interest rates that start at 13.99%. There is no additional fee to the patient for using this financing.
