This is a 35 year old woman with marked excess flabby tissue in hips and buttocks ("saddle-bag area"). The patient desired improvement of body contour in order to wear better fitting clothing. Suction assisted lipectomy was performed using wet (tumescent) liposuction technique. A total of 1500 cc.of fatty tissue was removed. Postoperative photos are at six months. She went from size 12 to size 8 pants size.
