This is a 23 year old woman with severe bilateral breast enlargement causing pain in back, neck, breasts and shoulders. Patient's preoperative bra size was 40DD. Because of extreme size of breasts, bilateral breast reduction mammaplasty was performed. At surgery, six pounds was removed from the left breast and six pounds three ounces from the right. Postoperative photos are at three months. Patient's final bra size was 38B with complete relief of her symptoms.
