Jessica
Patient Coordinator

Jessica is Dr. Serota's Patient Coordinator. She has been with the Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center since June of 2004. Jessica holds a degree in Allied Health Care Management and is also a Certified Medical Assistant. She will be your first contact in the process of helping you Look As Good As You Feel. Since she has 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, Jessica is attentive to the needs of our patients, making sure that they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. If you have questions regarding procedural costs, scheduling availability or post-operative concerns you will find her a quick phone call or email away.

Ashley
Front Office Coordinator

Ashley is one of the initial employees to greet you when arriving at The Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center. She will welcome you with a pleasant smile and confident demeanor upon your arrival to our office. She is always happy to help you in any way that she can, as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care. She has been with the center since December of 2006 and joins us with an extensive administrative background in the medical industry. Right now she is currently attending Cosmetology School. She enjoys seeing the final result whether it's hair, makeup, or cosmetic surgery! You are sure to feel valued and comfortable in Ashley's care!

Laurie
Business Manager

Many of you have already met or spoken to Laurie, our business manager. Laurie has been an integral part of the Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center since September of 1994. In her position, Laurie handles the bookkeeping, human resources and the patient financing portions of the practice. As a team player, you may also talk to Laurie when calling to ask questions regarding a specific procedure or during a pre-surgical appointment.

Laurie comes from Iowa, where she received a B.S. in Financial Management from Iowa State University. She has lived in the Denver metro area since 1990 and currently resides in Bennett with her husband and son.

Nancy
Office Assistant

Nancy has worked at the Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center since August of 2000 and her part-time presence is appreciated within several departments. She is responsible for a wide array of duties including data entry, record keeping, telephone coverage and patient mailings; all of which are essential to the structure of the practice.

Nancy is originally from Nebraska and lives in Aurora with her husband.
